• It is mandatary to bring original passport to get the Yellow Fever vaccine.
• As per Municipal Commisioner resolution No.06 dated:08/05/2023, Rs.300/-(Rupees Three hundred only) fee need to pay per person for Yellow Fever vaccination date:16/05/2023.
• The validity of Yellow Fever certificate is for life of a person from 10th day of vaccination.
• In case of missing/lost of Yellow Fever vaccination card, submission of an application is required. Duplicate card will not be issued if not vaccinated by International Yellow Fever Vaccination Center,AMC.
• This vaccine is only needed for African countries. The Yellow Fever vaccine is not required for Haj pilgrims visiting Saudi Arabia.
• The Yellow Fever vaccine is also given on every Monday at Civil Hospital, Gandhinagar, Opp Pathikashram. Inquiry Numbers: 23221931, 23221932.
